Jed Morley - Brand Messaging
As a brand strategist, I help CEOs and founders build brands that scale. We work together to clarify and articulate who they are as a company, what they do and why it matters. A differentiated, relevant story attracts the right employees, customers and investors so businesses can realize their full value. When your people know what to say to each audience, they become effective brand ambassadors.
I take an integrated approach that aligns internal brand culture with external marketing messages so organizations can consistently make and keep a meaningful brand promise. My process works across industries from agriculture and consumer goods to education, healthcare, SaaS and professional services. I've worked with category leaders like Acima Credit, Aqua-Yield, BambooHR, Becton Dickinson (BD), Gillette, IDEO, KLAS, Lucidchart, MetLife, Pfizer, Purple, PrinterLogic and Tanner LLC.
Away from work, I like spending time with family and friends, cycling, exploring new places, doing Swedish genealogy, attending live performances and doing outdoor adventures. I earned a BA in design from Brigham Young University and an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
Growing up, all six of the kids in my family took piano lessons before playing another instrument. My parents chose the banjo as my post-piano instrument. With a name like Jed, it was a given.
Watching documentaries, capturing brand culture stories, practicing design thinking principles.
