Entrepreneurial Leadership Forums (ELF) are groups of  six to twelve entrepreneurs who are CEOs or Presidents of smaller start-up companies which are non-competitors. There are two proceses CEObuilder uses to help these executives learn and hone business skills to grow their companies to successful and profitable enterprises. First, there are every-other-month half day meetings where entrepreneurs meet together as a group for training and issue discussions. Second, individual coaching is available by professional business coaches to help the executive zero in on their specific needs, issues, problems and/or opportunities.

Meetings:

Entrepreneurs attend an every-other-month half day meeting chaired by an experienced facilitator/chair where business experts provide critical business training on topics and skills needed by entrepreneurial businesses. Toward the end of theses meeting, group members have the opportunity to discuss their critical business issues, opportunities or problems with other members of their groups. Coaching: 

The entrepreneur may choose to have monthly coaching. The frequency and length of coaching sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each executive. A highly skilled coach/facilitator works closely with the executive in a one-on-one coaching session to help  him/her with specific needs.
