This agenda is suggestive of the various topics that might be discussed in a Coaching Session.  The reality is that just a handful are discussed in any given session.  However, over time, most of these topics are addressed—according to the needs of each CEO.  Indeed, the CEO sets the agenda—and determines the rigor and depth of Coaching Sessions.  That said, we encourage our CEOs to prepare for each session, and whenever possible, set the agenda themselves.  Their openness regarding their progress, concerns, and opportunities sets the stage for strong, continuous, positive results.
